Donna Gooley (PG, REA, CEG), Director of Environmental Services

With over 20 years experience, Ms. Gooley's expertise is applied to environmental investigations, related to land development projects.  Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments include aerial photograph interpretation, regulatory searches, groundwater hydrology evaluation, visual site reconnaissance, report preparation, and site characterizations for sites with contaminated soil and groundwater.  She has experience in the drilling and installation of groundwater monitoring wells in consolidated and unconsolidated lithologies, and is familiar with chemical test assignments and test result interpretation.  She is familiar with compliance and permitting requirements for regulatory review agencies.
